I subscribe to free emails from LDS nuggets.  They are so fun and so inspiring.

I’m going to start posting my favorites on here so others can enjoy them.  If you would like to subscribe to LDS Nuggets go to this link

Now for today’s nugget!

“Salvation is an eternal goal we gain by a process of constant upward change. Doubt is spiritual poison that stunts eternal growth. We must first feel our way before we can see it with any clarity. We prove ourselves by making numerous correct decisions without being absolutely sure; then comes a greater knowledge and assurance, not before. Happiness is created. Love is its center. Its principal ingredients are sincere faith, true repentance, full obedience, and selfless service.”

–Richard G. Scott, “Happiness Now and Forever“, Ensign, Nov. 1979, 70
Psalm 16:9, 11

There is Sunshine in My Soul Today, Hymn #227

  5. I’ve seen the LDs nuggets many times when I’m on the church’s website .Unfortunately I don’t feel that the writers of them have any Apostolitic authority and instead are just hijacking the good name of Jesus Christ and applying him to a bogus story of having visited a Nephite civilisation in the Americas….

So what did you expect me to say 🙂
